Rob is an accomplished musical director and conductor with extensive professional experience as musical director and supervisor for musical theatre productions and in choral and orchestral settings.
An educator throughout his career, Rob specialises in higher education. He spent nine years as Head of Singing at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, where he developed and led a well-regarded acting course, teaching solo and ensemble singing, acting through song, as well as directing agent showcases for graduating actors. Prior to that, he worked for seven years as the Head of Singing at University Centre Colchester, whilst also co-running its Musical Theatre degree programme
He now works across a range of leading drama schools nationally and is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
Rob also runs a private singing practice, working with clients across the performing arts sector, regardless of their background, experience, or motivation. His approach focuses on empowering and enlightening each individual, tailoring work to suit their specific needs and unique vocal setup.

Matt is a neurodiverse (dyslexic) actor, director, and producer based in Essex. With twelve years of professional experience, he believes that creativity and artistic expression are powerful catalysts for change.
He is passionate about supporting emerging and growing talent, whether raw or recently graduated, helping performers develop their skills and confidence. He works across commercial theatre, fringe, and young company projects, and provides specialist support for dyslexic theatre makers and actors.
Matt also teaches acting at several drama schools and holds a Fellowship in Higher Education teaching.

Jonathan is a businessman, coach, and actor based in Essex, with over 40 years’ experience working across creative and professional worlds. He provides the practical, business-focused foundation that allows creative work to flourish.
His role centres on structure, sustainability, and clear decision-making, handling the operational and strategic realities of producing while remaining deeply attuned to the creative process. Jonathan believes theatre works best as a collaborative, human endeavour, built on trust, clarity, and bold artistic choices.
Alongside producing, he remains actively involved in performance. This ongoing engagement keeps his approach grounded, empathetic, and firmly artist-led.
