Membership of the ETA Musical Theatre Choir is offered on an ongoing monthly basis. By joining, members agree to take part in weekly rehearsals and to contribute positively to a focused, collaborative ensemble environment.

Membership is charged at £33 per month.

• Payments are taken monthly in advance.
• Initial payments may be taken via bank transfer where necessary.
• ETA Performance reserves the right to review and adjust membership fees where necessary. Any changes to membership fees will be communicated to members with at least two months’ notice. 

By setting up a Direct Debit, members authorise ETA Performance to collect the agreed monthly fee until membership is cancelled in accordance with these terms.

Membership may be cancelled at any time by providing one month’s notice.

• Notice must be given in writing (email is acceptable). Non-attendance does not constitute cancellation of membership.
• Payments due within the notice period will still be payable.

Members are welcome to rejoin the choir at a later date; however, this is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Membership covers access to all scheduled rehearsals and activities within the programme.

• No refunds or reductions are available for missed sessions.

Rehearsals take place weekly during term time.

ETA Performance reserves the right to make reasonable changes to:

• rehearsal times
• venues
• schedule

where necessary.

Membership may include opportunities to take part in performances.

Participation in performances is at the discretion of the Musical Director and may depend on:

• attendance
• preparedness
• suitability for the performance

Members are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner.

ETA Performance reserves the right to withdraw membership in cases of inappropriate behaviour that negatively impacts the group.

ETA Performance will collect and store personal information (such as name, email address, and contact details) for the purposes of:

• administering membership
• communication

Payment details are handled securely by the relevant payment provider.

Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required for payment processing or by law.

ETA Performance reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions where necessary. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
